Client Services Manager (administration role)

Broad exciting role in a growing accounting practice located in the Central West, Orange NSW

Who we are looking for
We are looking for a full time Client Service Manager to join our growing Accounting and Business Advisory team. The successful candidate will help deliver highly valued client service, manage workflow and deliver solutions to clients to ensure quality service.

Your ability to learn, lead, motivate, innovate and inspire others to achieve these goals, coupled with your dedication to contributing to team success will see you excel in this role.

As Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • End-to-end Workflow management (from checking in work, work allocation, collation of completed documents and invoicing)
  • Assist in Partner invoicing.
  • Calendar management.
  • Monitor practice Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & ATO compliance management ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Work in Progress (WIP) reviews for staff.
  • New client onboarding.
  • Debtor management.
  • General office support duties.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Previous experience in an administration role at an accounting firm desirable but not essential.
  • An ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work in a team environment and independently, show initiative and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Able to adapt to change quickly and problem solve.
  • Comfortable using a variety of office software such as word, excel etc.

In addition, the following will be highly regarded but not essential:

  • Xero and Xero Practice Manager experience
  • Corporate secretarial experience
  • Bookkeeping experience
